Hi, I’m Sari

 
I’m a licensed therapist, specializing in EMDR, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and couples counseling. As a recovering perfectionist and proud member of Overachievers Anonymous (wouldn’t it be great if there was such a thing?), I’ve spent my career helping high-achieving individuals and couples discover a way of life that feels connected, joyful, and satisfying. 

 

My approach isn’t about learning some mystical equation that will finally give you “work-life balance,” or some combo of coping skills so you never have to lose your cool again. Instead, I’m here to walk with you on a transformational recovery journey out of the rat-race and into a life that’s in lockstep with your core personal values. I know you’ve already tried doing more, getting better, and self-caring harder. It’s time to stop trying and start becoming: Becoming integrated. Becoming whole. Becoming who you’ve always had the potential to be. What I love most about the modalities I use—EMDR, psychedelics, equine therapy, and attachment-based work—is how they can help you connect to yourself, delve deep into the unconscious, access your brain’s ability to repair and grow, and experience healing that sinks into your body and restores your relationships.
